Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2026
This policy explains what information this website collects through forms and how that information is used. It covers this website only — for how Divine Soul Therapy LLC handles protected health information as part of clinical care, see our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Information We Collect
When you use the registration form on a workshop page or the message form on our Contact page, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, age, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any notes or questions you share with us. You only need to provide what the form in front of you asks for.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to respond to your message, confirm a workshop registration, and arrange session or payment details. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing to you or anyone else.
How Your Information Is Stored
Form submissions are emailed directly to Divine Soul Therapy and are not saved in a separate database on this website. Because of that, your information is only as secure as the email account it is sent to — if you have concerns about sharing sensitive details this way, please contact us directly using our HIPAA secure phone/text number (859-517-4633) to discuss another option.
Other Services This Site Uses
This website loads Google Fonts to display certain text styles, and our Contact page includes a Google Maps embed showing our office location. Loading either of these may share basic technical information, such as your general location or IP address, with Google, under Google's own privacy policy. Workshop pages also offer an optional link to add an event to Google Calendar — clicking it takes you to a page run by Google, not by us.
Services for Teens and Children
Some of our services are designed for teens or children. When a registration is for a minor, we expect the form to be completed by a parent or guardian on the minor's behalf.
Your Choices
You are welcome to contact us at any time to ask what information we have on file for you, to request that it be deleted, or to ask any other questions about how your information is handled.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the website changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
